Quotes
From any conversation press Quote. Add products from your catalogue or free lines, set quantities and discounts, and send. The customer receives a clean quote link in the DM. You see when it is opened.
Invoices and payment
- 1Accept the quote or press Invoice directly from the conversation.
- 2Check the GST settings for the invoice: your GSTIN, the customer's state, and whether prices include tax.
- 3Send. The customer gets an invoice link with a Pay button that opens UPI apps (PhonePe, Google Pay, BHIM and others), cards and net banking.
- 4When the payment succeeds the conversation shows Paid and the lead moves to Won.
Where the money goes
Payments are collected into your own payment gateway account connected in Settings, Payments. Trentzy does not hold your money and does not take a commission on sales.
Questions
Can I send an invoice without a quote?
Yes. Invoice is available directly from the conversation and from the Leads page.
Do customers need a Trentzy account to pay?
No. The invoice link works in any browser with no login.
