1. About these terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you access or use Trentzy at https://trentzy.com and our related applications and APIs (the “Service”). By creating an account, connecting Instagram, or paying for a plan, you agree to these Terms.

The Service is operated from Rajkot, Gujarat, India. If you use Trentzy on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

2. The Service

Trentzy is a software platform for Instagram conversations. It lets organizations connect an Instagram Business or Creator account, receive DMs and comments through official Meta integration paths, run rule-based automations, reply from a shared inbox, and capture leads and customer records.

Version 1 of the Service uses rule-based automation only (contains, equals, starts with, ends with, regex, and priority). We do not provide legal, marketing, or Meta-compliance advice. Instagram remains a product of Meta; you must also follow Meta’s terms, policies, and messaging windows.

• Shared inbox for Instagram DMs, with unread and conversation filters
• Comment-to-DM and DM keyword automations, including priority ordering
• Lead and customer records attached to conversation context
• Saved replies, team roles (Owner, Admin, Manager, Support, Viewer), and organization-scoped data
• Optional paid features such as additional automation capacity, giveaways, products, quotes, and invoices, depending on your plan

3. Accounts and organizations

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your login secure. Every workspace belongs to an Organization. Members see only that organization’s data. You are responsible for activity under your accounts, including automations your team enables.

You must be at least 18 years old. The Service is intended for businesses and professionals, not for personal consumer social-media use by minors.

4. Instagram connection

Connecting Instagram is optional until you want live automation. You authorize Trentzy to receive webhooks, read eligible conversations, and send replies you configure, using Meta’s official APIs. You must use a Business or Creator account that you are allowed to connect.

Meta may limit, delay, or revoke API access. We are not responsible for Instagram outages, policy changes, account restrictions, or messages Meta does not deliver. If you disconnect Instagram or lose access, automations that depend on that account will stop.

5. Acceptable use

You may only use Trentzy for lawful business messaging. You must not use the Service to spam, harass, impersonate others, send prohibited content, scrape data you are not entitled to, attempt to access another organization’s workspace, or interfere with the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content of your automations, saved replies, comments, DMs, products, quotes, invoices, and giveaways. We may suspend an account that creates risk for other customers, Meta, or payment partners.

6. Plans, fees, and taxes

A Free plan is available without a credit card. Paid plans (currently Starter and Pro) are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) through Razorpay. Listed prices are exclusive of 18% GST unless we state otherwise. GST is added at checkout according to Indian tax rules and your billing details.

Paid subscriptions renew until you cancel. Usage limits (Instagram accounts, team seats, automations, monthly automated DMs, and similar) are defined by your plan. Going over a limit may block that feature until you upgrade or the period resets.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel a paid subscription from Billing in the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You keep access until that date. Details are in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual property

Trentzy and its software, branding, and documentation remain our property. You keep ownership of your content (messages, rules, customer records you import or create). You grant us a limited license to host and process that content only to operate the Service for your organization.

9. Availability and disclaimers

We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, delivery of every Instagram message, or any particular sales result. The Service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trentzy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for losses caused by Meta, Razorpay, your internet connection, or your own automations. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Rajkot, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-excludable consumer protections that apply to you.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the product changes. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
