Subscribing
Pick a plan on Billing and press Upgrade. Checkout is by Razorpay. In India you can pay with UPI Autopay, which sets up a monthly mandate in your UPI app, or with a card. Prices on the pricing page exclude 18% GST; the exact GST-inclusive amount is shown before you confirm.
A UPI Autopay mandate can take a few minutes for your bank to confirm. Billing shows Payment pending until it is confirmed, then a tax invoice is issued.
Tax invoices
A GST tax invoice is created for every successful payment and listed under Billing history, with a PDF download. Add your GSTIN in Settings, Workspace before paying if you want it on the invoice. Invoices are issued by Tretanz Infotech, Rajkot, Gujarat, under SAC 998314.
Upgrading and downgrading
Card subscriptions can be changed in place; the difference is pro-rated. UPI Autopay mandates cannot be modified by any merchant, so an upgrade on UPI creates a new mandate and cancels the old one automatically once the new payment succeeds. Downgrading or switching to Free stops the mandate at the end of the current period.
Cancelling
Press Switch to Free on Billing. You keep the paid features until the period you already paid for ends. See the Cancellation and Refund policy for refund rules.
Questions
Bank confirmation can lag by a few minutes. Press Sync on Billing. If it is still pending after 30 minutes, email [email protected] with the UPI reference and we will reconcile it.

Yes. Set your billing country to anywhere outside India in Billing and checkout charges the USD price to an international card through Razorpay, with no GST. Indian workspaces are billed in rupees.
