Changelog
What shipped.
Every customer-facing change, newest first. If you asked for something and it landed, it is here.
USD card billing for customers outside India
- Workspaces with a billing country outside India now subscribe in USD ($3, $7 or $14 a month) by international card through Razorpay, with no GST.
- Invoices for USD subscriptions are plain invoices without a tax line; Indian invoices keep the GST breakdown.
New website, pricing in your currency
- A new trentzy.com with pages for every feature and every kind of business, plus a full plan comparison.
- Prices show in rupees or dollars based on where you are, with a switch to change it. USD card billing followed two days later.
- Try the comment-to-DM flow yourself on the homepage before signing up.
Billing history and smoother UPI upgrades
- Billing now lists every payment attempt with method, status, reason and a details panel, alongside the tax invoice.
- Upgrading a plan paid by UPI Autopay now starts a fresh subscription and retires the old one automatically, since UPI mandates cannot be changed in place.
- Payment confirmations from Razorpay are processed in the background with retries, so a slow moment never loses a payment.
Correct invoices, clearer pending payments
- Tax invoices are issued only once a payment succeeds, with GST split out of the plan price rather than added on top.
- Invoices carry the Trentzy wordmark, your name, and the SAC code in the footer.
- Billing shows whether a payment is awaiting approval in your UPI app or has failed, with a retry button.
Instagram connection fixes
- Connecting Instagram from an iPhone no longer bounces into the Instagram app with “Something went wrong”.
- Reconnecting asks Instagram for a fresh login, so previously declined permissions can be granted.
- When Instagram stops accepting your connection, the content library shows a reconnect prompt instead of an error.
- Google sign-in now works on the signup page too.
Approved by Meta
- Trentzy passed Meta App Review for Instagram messaging and comment permissions. Any Business or Creator account can connect, not only testers.
- Error monitoring added across the app so problems are seen before you report them.
Inbox shows the right people
- The inbox now shows each customer’s name and photo instead of your own.
- Disconnecting an Instagram account removes its posts from the content library.
- Comment automations can target stories and live videos without picking a post.
