Create a form and capture leads

What forms are for

Forms collect details you cannot get from a comment or a DM alone: a custom order with quantity and budget, an RSVP, a collaboration pitch, feedback after a sale. Each response is stored in Forms, shows on the Leads page as a Form lead, and matches or creates a Customer by email, phone or Instagram handle.

Every form has its own link, trentzy.com/f/your-form, and a QR code. Paste it in your Instagram bio, a Story link sticker, a DM reply, or embed it on your website.

Build a form

1. 1Open Grow, Forms and press New form. Pick a template such as Lead capture, Order enquiry or Event RSVP, give it a name and press Create form.
2. 2In the Build tab drag a question type from the left into your form, or press the plus next to it. Drag rows to reorder them, or use the arrows. Click a question to change its label, placeholder, options, whether it is required, and which lead detail it saves to (name, email, phone, Instagram handle).
3. 3Open Design to pick a preset, colours, button shape and font, or press Match my link in bio page to copy that look.
4. 4Open Settings to write the thank-you message, set a close date or a response limit, choose which URL parameters to capture, and switch team email and push notifications on or off.
5. 5Press Save form, then Publish. The Share tab has the link, the QR code and the embed code.

Where responses go

Open a form and press Responses to see every submission with its answers, where the visitor came from, and a note box for your team. Unread responses show a dot; archive the ones you have handled.

The same response appears on the Leads page with the source Form, and the person appears in Customers with status Lead. Owners, admins and managers get an email per response and a push notification when New leads is on in their profile.

Responses over time, views, starts and the conversion rate are at the top of the Responses page. CSV export is available from Super.

Spam and limits

Trentzy filters bots with an invisible honeypot field, a minimum time to complete, and duplicate detection. Add Cloudflare Turnstile for extra protection; it is already supported on the public form.

Free includes one form and 100 responses a month with a small Powered by Trentzy line. Super includes five forms and 1,000 responses, Elite twenty forms and 5,000. Responses over the limit are kept safe and unlock when you upgrade.
